This place is more like 3.5 stars. It would have been 4 stars if the service was better. We ordered a chocolate chip cannoli, a lobster tail, an Italian Napoleon, and a carrot cake to gift to my aunt. My aunt didn't report back if the carrot cake was good; everything else was tasty but not amazing. There are two lines which is not clear. The first line which is on the right is the line for placing orders, and the second line on the left where people crowd around is for pick up. The entire process probably took about 20 minutes. Any longer than that wouldn't have been worth it. I had quickly skimmed through reviews on Yelp while standing in line, and the lobster tail seemed to be popular. Call me ignorant, but I didn't know what that was. The lady at the counter wasn't very helpful and only made me feel stupid for not knowing. I finally got her to point at where it was and it just looks like a half croissant. There was no label or sign so how was I supposed to know?! Anyway, the filling for the three items we ordered was almost too sweet. For me, the bready part of their pastries is really what stands out. My favorite part was the packaging. They have a machine that wraps the yarn around the box making it look pretty! Because this place is so popular, I'd say it's worth a try to form your own opinion. Ps. My favorite cannoli is from Mike's Pastry in Boston. www.instagram.com/dbxcakes
