First off, I'd like to say this was the WORST dentist I've ever been to. 1. I received a confirmation email via text message the day before my appointment stating it was at 11:30am. That time had also been written down in my calendar book. I arrive at the location and checked in. They had the appt set for 12:30pm, but they said they would get me in sooner than that so I waited. I arrived at 11:20am, and didn't get brought back until 12:40pm!! Such a waste of time and they were the ones who messed up!! 2. After getting back to the x-Ray room, the front desk secretary came up to me to explain I would have a regular dentist consultation and then see the orthodontist for a braces consultation! I was furious! I was NOT coming in for braces! I set up the appointment because I needed to have my teeth cleaned and wanted new removable retainer. 3. After completing the X-ray, I was brought back to an exam room where I sat for another 30 minutes for the doctor. He checked the health of my gums and states what cleaning I needed. Little did I know, I was never going to be receiving a cleaning that day. The secretary said the dental hygienist is not in today! Why do they not tell you this before the appointment?? 4. The doctor reviewed my X-rays and told me I had 2 cavities and some of my teeth were wearing down. I wanted him to show me the Cavities, but it was on an X-ray and he said, "you don't know how to read those". Of course I don't, take 5 minutes out of your damn time to show me if you want me to pay for it. He also insisted that I needed crowns for my front teeth because of how much they have worn down. I don't even know what crowns are. He walked away and the secretary is then telling me everything will cost $2,500 to fix. "How would you like to pay for that?" She said. The doctor explained little to nothing and was not personable. I have a high suspicion this is a scam. He didn't even explain other options. This is NOT what I want to see out of a doctor. I should know, I've only worked with doctors for the past 5 years in the ER!!! I regret ever going to this place. Signed my papers and walked out. I was there for 2.5 hours and received horrible care. Never got my cleaning. I would tell you the doctors name but it's not even listed anywhere on the packet that I received. Not very surprised... DO NOT come here!!!
