Just tried out this Fried Chicken outlet. The fried chicken was very good. I ordered the two-piece meal, came to $7.30 with fries and a soft drink (canned). When I bit into the drumstick, remembered thinking this reminds me so much of Church's. It's texture and salt content very closely matches Church's (for those that can remember Church's). It was lightly crispy on the outside, very juicy and tender on the inside. The saltiness is about 25% or 1/4 of Chicken on the Way. Definitely for the money a better chicken and deal than KFC. The french fries had a bit of batter to them, but very crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside (the way fries should be). If you want to try out a good fried chicken place, head to Chicken Cottage.
