ONLY giving one star cause I have to . I brought two cars from them and Never Will AGAIN!! I'm trying to get my GAP back it seems they give the best costumer service when you buy a car, but now that I want my 340.00 dollars back I've been treated so horrible. I've gone on 3 different times with my 7 month old to get my money back and it's always a issue going on or only one finance manager can do it or I don't know what your talking about when I call on my refund . It's just been a nightmare if it was 100 bucks I would just let them have the money . I worked at Gaudin and friendly ford in customer service and i would never treat anyone or speak to a customer like they have me . Customers service is everything and they have lost a customer it doesn't matter if your buying a car or just need your money back you treat they as a future customer. Never again I hope this helps someone.
