I'm happy to write an update on my experience at Ridenow. I received a follow-up call from Ridenow and I ended up dealing with the sales manager (Travis) and he made the purchase so easy. Within minutes he came up with a great deal on my new bike and some gear. It was so easy. Picking up the bike was effortless. I was in an out in 2 hours which I think is fast. The parts guys (sorry I forgot your names) were very helpful and took the time to talk about different changes I could make to the bike and helped me pick out a helmet, jacket and gloves.
Definitely ask for Travis if you visit this location. No pressure, very helpful and most importantly, no silly games.
