Classy as f**k! That's how I would describe this cute but classy bar at the top of the Mandarin. The lounge is gorgeous and is perfect for an impressive and fancy drink.The views are truly exceptional as well, might be the coolest thing about this place. It was quiet and service was what you would expect from the Mandarin brand. On top of a couple drinks, I had some tasty sliders as well. Finding this place requires going thru a very small and quiet lobby, up an elevator that smells sexy and has a velvet bench, then finally you'll know you're there because there is a Champagne vending machine as soon as you get off.
