Absolutely horrible customer service! I went there after a buddy of mine recommended Mike for dyno tuning because he had a good experience with him on a separate type of repair. I don't usually review places but this was so bad I had to say something. I told him that someone put a tune in my truck but I don't think the guy knew what he was doing and I wanted his opinion. Mike proceeds to tell me that his opinion is like everyone's aashole...its different. After walking back and forth and telling me that I'm the type of guy who goes from one place to another getting opinions and then criticizes the work, he proceeds to pull my vehicle into the bay and look at the tune. Wouldn't you know it...the tune WAS done improperly and the air to fuel mixture is so rich, the engine is in danger of having failure down the road. Mike says its not his fault someone did bad work and that I'm crying to him (those were his exact words) to do a new tune but it will cost me $800-$1000 for him to tune it. That is the most expensive quote I've ever heard of but if he did great work, fine, but its amazing the place is still in business when the owner has a mouth like that to a new customer he's never met This guy is ridiculous and does not deserve anybody's money.
