Been going to Rory's for years now . 4 cars worth of service over 10 years. Today June 8th I was made fun of because I paid part of my bill with a cash and a money order. Robert the employee at the front desk was rude and very combative about the method of payment. I believe if the owner was there he would not have allowed this type of behavior. I will think twice before I decide to go back. Sad to say this employee has changed my shopping experience with Rory's for some time to come. I'm on the look out for a new service shop ! Any suggestions ?
