We love the food here, but the take out system is not great. We have found this out a couple of different times. Today I placed an order, was told it would be ready 10 minutes later, and it wasn't ready until 20 minutes after the time given. So you may want to call in at least 30 minutes ahead. Also, my husband said he doesn't think the order was even put in until he got there, and the restaurant was basically empty, because this was around 3:30pm. I tried to call and speak with a manager, was told to hold, and placed on hold with very loud music for so long that I finally hung up. Like I said, great food, but not so great customer service. The good thing is that I had a buy one entree get one free.
