Took my Cadillac CTS into Israel's because I needed new breaks a couple months back and I was referred to this shop by a fellow co-worker. It was a little of a drive for me since I live in summerlin but it was totally worth it. I thought I was going to need to replace the pads and the plates but turns out he used the old plates I had already on there and had them shaved down so they were even and smooth again. As that was happening we went across the street to the Autozone and bought new break pads to put on. It took a few hours total but the owner was kind enough to let me wait there and watch tv in the office and even bought me lunch while I was waiting! Everything is great with my breaks, so far so good and it definitely saved me money not having to replace the plates. I appreciate the honesty and I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing work on their car. It's hard to find a good repair shop that's not making up stuff or not really fixing the problem and not being truthful so as far as my experience went, it was great.
