Disgusting. Period. Room smelled of 1970s smoke remnants, door would not close well, my son's knees and feet were BLACK from crawling around the floor for an hour, found misc. items scattered about the floor that my son tried to eat (bobby pins, earring, beads, a chips ahoy to go lid, and plastic from a bottle cap). The springs were VISIBLE through the pull out couch mattress cover, it felt like lying on them bare! I felt bad for my kids having to sleep on it. That being said, the king bed was comfortable, but only because it had an added pillow top pad. The AC didn't work well and the tiles in the ceiling weren't in place. The restaurant staff were almost rude at times, not very personable. Oh, and there was a knife hole in the bathroom door....comforting.
On a good note, the food isn't half bad, and the pool area looked really nice!
Price for quality is just ridiculous..could've had much better.
On a good note, they did comp the room after we declined moving since the kids were already in bed and spoke to the manager. Moving rooms wouldn't have made me feel any better at that point.
