have had lash extensions at several places in the past. this is definately among the best. Colleen was extremely knowledgeable, and a clear expert. she listened patiently as i explained what was important to me (ie. making sure lashes were not too long so that it would not effect eyeglass wear), and achieving a bold but still natural appearance. she discused various options with me (eg. length, curviture, variation in length along the lashline, etc). she also asked what kind of music i wanted on during the process to maximize comfort during application. The application was meticulous, and i was EXTREMELY happy with results, i got precisely what i asked for. she also explained options for changing up the look in future applications. it's only been a few days, so will see how durable they are over the coming days and weeks, but i'm definately planning on returning for refills to fembotika. this is more of an observation rather than a complaint - but the prices for the application itself seems extremely reasonable/competitive, the prices for refills however (which i havent' had yet) seem a touch on the high side compared to what i've seen elsewhere, but i'm guessing it might be related to the effort she puts into the refills (she explained she carefully removes any lose lashes and reapplies fully to original density). anyhoo i'm looking forwrad to returning
