I have bought a lot of parts for my bike here and over time I have come to the realization that these guys either do not know what they are doing or they just don't care. My main complaint against them is that I was getting a number of broken spokes and on my rear wheel of my road bike and they talked me into getting a new wheel. I pick up my bike with my new wheel and the next day I commute on my bike. Of course I get a flat on my new back wheel. I walk my bike home (two miles) and fix my flat tire. The next day I ride my bike to work and I get another flat back tire. I take the tube out and identify several small holes, that just so happen to line up with a bunch of unused (who knows what they are for) holes on my NEW wheel. I put electrical tape over the unused holes and viola! No more flat tires. So I pay them for a NEW wheel, they put it on and never put on a rim tape and certainly never asked if I wanted one. I would have happily spent the few bucks that they cost. They wasted a ton of my time and I won't be back unless they are the last choice.
