I called Devine Law Firm since I am a member of Metlaw and was referred over by Hyatt legal services. I spoke with a paralegal who explained he can't give me any legal advice and that some of my questions were not in his scope of his job. He told me its hard to overturn tickets at the Henderson justice court. Told me to get a criminal lawyer. I asked what they help with then and he said getting the points removed and avoiding traffic school. I advised well thats what I would like to do. He spoke with a lawyer and called me back and said I need to get a criminal lawyer once again. It was a ticket for unsafe lane change and not once did he ask why I wanted to fight the ticket or didn't agree with it. Not once did the lawyer call me directly to go over the situation or details of what happen. Hopefully this review helps if your looking for a lawyer.

I was advised by the gentlemen who answered the phone that you guys do reduce points and avoid traffic school as far as traffic tickets issued. I explained since I was a member of Metlaw then I would like for you guys to work on my ticket for "unsafe lane change" to avoid any points and avoid any traffic school. Again I was placed on hold and when he came back he advised me to hire a criminal lawyer. If this gentlemen is not authorized to give any legal advice why is he telling me to hire a criminal lawyer and why would a lawyer at Devine Law not get on the line and see what it is I was asking for and fully explain why you guys couldn't help even though I am a member of Metlaw. At this point all I was asking for was to avoid any points on my record and avoid any traffic school. Seems to me everyone was too busy to take a phone call from a potential client even though I was advised by Hyatt Legal service my consultation would be free. Thanks for responding.
