Dealt with Carlos on the phone and in person. Encouraged me to set up an appt for the following AM and ensured they would get me in and out on an oil change in 30-45 minutes. Went in the next day, was treated pleasantly and they had the car done within 30 mins. Went over a few things on the car and was off. No pressure at all. Real easy, laid back process. Definitely would come back and recommend for an oil change.
