My review isn't so specific to the Hyatt Regency as it is the Compass Room inside of the Hyatt Regency hotel.
If you're looking for a special place in Downtown Phoenix for a late-night drink or maybe a delicious bite of dessert paired with a bubbly glass of champagne, the Compass Room is definitely the place to go.
Where else can you go to enjoy a 360-degree view of the valley that doesn't require hiking boots and a camelback backpack?
The beverage menu is extensive, so they will be able to satisfy whatever you have a hankerin' for and the prices are only slightly higher than what you would pay at your non-rotating restaurant of choice.
Service is always great and most importantly, the view is worth every penny. Bonus points if you bring folks from out of state.
