I will give a 1 1/2 star because at first we were treated so well by Joyce she had great communication and great customer service skills... the night before the wedding I went by to pick up my suits which were suppose to be ready two night before to try on and check the sizes... she did not have the suits and said she would have the sent to the casino we were staying at. So the suits arrive in the late evening and the vest were missing after I specially made a big deal about the style and color vest I would like. my father also order shoes with tux and those were missing as well... I called and called her shop and cell with no answer. it was funny because before she would answer the phone any time any day but since I sent her a text about the missing items she didn't answer. so wedding day she never called me back but the bell man comes to my door saying Joyce just dropped these off. they were the most ugliest barney purple vests id ever seen I told her gray when we put the original order in and she sent purple wow and still no shoes. the boys try on there suits now I am freaking out its two hours before the wedding and no one persons suit was the size needed my husbands pants were so bagging and so long all the suits were too short or too tight. my father had to spend 300 bucks on boots so we would have something for the wedding... and of course after calling Joyce 3 times she answer and wants to tell me that you didn't order shoes or that color vest. me and my dad called on too different occasions she just simply said I am sorry and that was it there was no making it right or hey let me refund your money or at least fix the suits before the service. luckily my wedding dress had safety pins on it so my mother in law could fix my husbands suits somewhat... thanks Joyce for messing up my wedding and stressing me the heck out!!! Do not waste your time or money here unless you want you wedding to become a circus and the pictures you paid a lot for to come out horrible because of the tuxs.
