"Just like our name, we at Choice Pet Market pride our selves in an outstanding selection." While the selection is impressive, the prices are not. I walked in to pick up dog food and found it to be $23 dollars more than the other pet store I typically shop at. The mark-ups at this store are outrageous. Borderline rip off. The cashier offered to price match, which was nice, but still unnecessarily overpriced.
They claimed the prices are higher since they do not buy in bulk as other pet stores do. I went back to my normal pet store and asked how often they order, which they informed me once a week and only a few bags at a time. So, the reason provided by Choice Pet Market was BS.
Please go to other pet stores in the valley which are friendlier, more knowledgeable, and have better prices!
