What a wonderful place. I stopped in between appointments for a signature pedicure. Reasonably priced. No wait - no one in the place actually on a Thursday afternoon around 3:15. Had Hanna. Tried to sell me up a bit for a more expensive pedicure, but I really didn't have the extra time. Water was a little warm. Towels were very hot. Overall, she did a very good job. Went to pay and asked to add a tip. Hanna added the tip and walked away to ring it up and said something to manager. Manager then came over and told me they want cash for tips and she would take care of it this time. My advice - bring cash for tipping. Was kind of a downer after such a nice experience. I wasn't offered water either. Must be based on the price of the service you want.
