Superb. I know Vegas is supposed to be this great food town but I actually often find it disappointing. Not this place. Started with the Spicy Szechuan Rabbit and pot stickers then shared the Boiled Pork in Spicy Szechuan Sauce and Dry Chili Chicken. Many of the dishes are boiled but don't be alarmed--it's very different from what you think of as boiled meat, not the tasteless crap they serve in England. In fact, everything is just exploding with flavor. Really wish I had tried the soup but will have to save that for next time. Looks like a lot of people have had problems with the service but we didn't see that, everyone was super polite and friendly and attentive. Not sure how long it took the food to come out but it was not excessively long. Will definitely be going out of my way to visit Lao Szechuan on my next trip to Vegas!
