This place is awful. The customer service is not that great. I was getting a rental through my auto insurance company, due to my vehicle being in the shop. They put me in a lower class vehicle and proceeded to tell me that there wasn't anything they could do because they didn't have anymore vehicles ... unless they upgraded me. So instead of upgrading me, they downgraded me. They gave me a downgraded vehicle that wasn't clean and the tire pressure was low, so I had to ask them to clean it and put air in it. The car didn't have any modern features like a usb plug, so I couldn't charge my phone without having to buy extras. They said they would reimburse me if I did buy one, but that's a waste of my time. I told them to call me when they get more cars in because I didn't want that car, but I needed one since I had to go to work. They called me and I traded it out. The second vehicle was good, but wasn't fully clean ... I didn't have the patience nor the energy to ask them to do anything about it. I definitely don't recommend anyone coming to this location, or using Enterprise in general. Stick with Avis or Hertz.
