Horrible people! The person I spoke with promised a driver would pick-up car in next 48 hours. After 4 days no one had contacted me to get car for shipping. I did call Auto Transport 123 after 2 days and was told driver had unexpected stop and would be in touch in next 24 hours. Auto Transport 123 billed me $350 even though person I spoke to said they would only bill AFTER car was picked up.
I've had to choose another broker, who was able to get my car picked up next day.
I've been trying to get the accounting department at Auto Transport 123 to take charge off my credit card. They have been rude in each phone call.
I really wish I had read their Better Business Bureau reviews as others have advised. This has been a nightmare..
