Short and sweet. Passing through and found this place on Yelp. Friendly service but don't look for fast. I had the rehab sized Know Poblano burger - 10oz on a brioche bun with sweet potato tots. The burger was huge! I was super hungry and barely finished the burger and only ate 1/3 of the tots! The manchego cheese paired nicely with the roasted poblano and beef. The 10 oz patty was lean and flavorful! It was a really good burger. The tots were average. They served it with a side of a chipotle aioli that was decent. I only used a tiny bit, in full disclosure!
I sat outside on a beautiful evening so all in all a good experience. I'd come back. Knocked off a star for attentiveness and the average sweet potato tots. Burger is a stand up 5 stars!
