4 Stars. First the good!
Great selection of wonderful clothes and a lot to choose from. The customer service is amazing, the owner is so chatty and nice! She's really helpful and I feel welcomed each time I go in.
Why not 5 stars? Now the next part is not necessarily bad, but let's say needs improvement :-) First the place is way too small for the amount of clothes. It's hard to push clothes on the rack to really see what's there. I have to remove each item off the rack in order to see it, and they often get stuck on other hangers. I can't just slide things along to quickly to see the product. Also, it's a little more pricey than other consignment stores in the area. I'd say a good 10-15% higher than other stores.
All in all, between the good and bad, I'd say this place is good. However, it has so much more potential!
