I lived here from 2009-10. The grounds were kept clean and everything looked nice when I moved in. The show apartments are significantly nicer than the actual rentals but that's usually the case with anything.
The largest reason i moved out was the price. They charged far to much for the amount of space that was given. I moved away to a much larger apartment that cost much less.
As far as apartments go, if you can stomach $800-1100 for a small to medium apartment that this would be a good option. They fix whatever breaks,and keep the place clean.
One last thing I didn't like, once a year they would "seal" the parking lot. Placing some toxic smelling chemical on the pavement. It really stinks for a few days. Seems unnecessary to do yearly.
