Honestly I am only commenting here because I saw the five star review. I have a long history with these people and have to say it has been one of the worst of my experiences. Each experience worse than the last until I could not take it any more. I will never go back. One of the lesser examples I could site would be when I took them up on the free inspection offered by coupon after my new car purchase. They claimed to have found a problem in the wheel that had to be fixed to pass inspection. I told them not to repair it (as it had been recently worked on by another ford dealer). They were visibly annoyed that they were not going to get the repair. When I went to check out, they tried to charge me for the cost to remove the lug nuts! Coincidentally, it was exactly as much as a state inspection! To that time, I had purchased three fords in a row, and driven them for a total of about 300,000 miles. I will not buy another, and still actively steer others away from Woltz and Wind when I have a chance to influence their decision.
