I've been going to this salon for almost two years since moving downtown. I currently book with Emily, she is fast but does an amazing job on tips and refills. She also does threading on my brows.
The salon only uses bio seaweed gel for gel/shellac manicures. They have a large variety of colours and do get new colours in from time to time.
Price wise they are at $35 for a manicure or a refill. I hear this is excellent. It's only $5 more than I was paying elsewhere so I'm fine with it. If you pay cash there is no tax.
If you want amazing designs ask for Erika or Kumiko. They are both from Japan and do stunning work.
Wait times are always a part of your experience at this salon - they are very busy. If you book an appointment you don't have to worry as much but just budget that into your timing. I'm always fine to wait and if I can't I go and come back another day.
I've no desire to switch salons. I'm pretty happy here and always recommend Emily.
