You can definitely save a lot of money by buying your bread here. I find this store to be a bit small with less selection than some other bread stores. When I can find it, I always buy a loaf (or 3) of the thick cut "Texas Toast" style bread. A few days ago, I picked up 3 bags for 1.09 each, and made the family french toast with fresh strawberries and whipped cream on top. Felt super indulgent, but it was a steal!
You will also find hot dog and hamburger buns, different types of breads, doughnuts, etc. Prices vary, depending on how quickly they want to move something. I also picked up a box of individually wrapped "honey buns" for .69, and they didn't expire for an additional month. It's kind of out of my way, but I try to stop when I am passing by.
