Game-playing, rude employees. I once made the mistake of buying my ticket for the following day and I had to buy a new ticket all over again. Five or ten years ago they'd just say don't worry about it, hop on...now they're out to squeeze every last nickel from you. I'm actually surprised the washrooms in the terminal aren't 'pay-stalls' that charge a quarter for a few tissues. Another significant change from the past: the buses leaving used to be announced via the PA system (usually a pre-recorded announcement - 'now boarding for (wherever); gate 4 platform 3' or something. Now, if you're not watching everything outside the window the bus could load and leave without the driver saying a word & you'd never know you missed it. Quality from using public transit in the form of buses is completely gone, sad to say.
