I was debating whether to give Duffy's a one or two star review. The only positive thing that they have going for them is their large beer selection. The customer service here is absolutely horrible. I specially ordered a keg for a party that I was having and went in to pick it up on a Saturday morning. After the employee spent about a half hour of searching for my keg, they couldn't provide me with any answers and told me that they think sold my keg to someone else earlier that morning. I was treated poorly. Very poor customer service and very rude staff. I had to make numerous calls to other businesses in the area before I was able to find the keg that I was looking for in stock (and the price was even better than the price at Duffy's) I definitely will not be returning to Duffy's in the future and will make the drive to any other distributor for my purchases.
