I went in for a sinus condition and walked in to a warm greeting and compassion from the lady at the counter. She was very nice and thorough, when she finished I went to sit down and they called me before I could sit down. They took me to a triage room where a nurse did my vitals and then moved me to room. The nurse told me it would be about 10 mins and I answered email and such. It was nice to know the time. The doctor came in at about ten minutes and saw me. He was nice and did his check and when finished he said it would be a few minutes and the nurse would be in with instructions. The Dr. explained the prescriptions and spoke to me like a person. It was quick and simple especially when you don't feel good.
