I had an early lunch today at Chuck's Roadhouse Bar and Grill. This is a chain (I've never heard of them until today) and apparently they have been open in this location since February. I sat in a booth on the dining room side. I ordered a bacon cheese burger (I swapped the American cheese for mozzarella cheese) and fries. I ordered gravy on the side. It was a good solid burger and I liked it. The fries were good too. I'd get this again. I felt like something sweet so ordered The Denver "Hot Apple" for dessert. It was definitely sweet and was just what I needed. I'd get this again too. Shreya was my server. She was friendly and took good care of me. I'll be back!
