Ordered our hot subs over the phone within an hour of closing. The person taking the order didn't know the subs by their number. When we showed up our order was still being made and the person cleaning their seating area was giving us the death glare (even though we did not eat there). The person running the register did not know how to use/enter our coupon so we didn't get a receipt but our order was hot and accurate so ?
