Made an appoinment on their website and arrived as scheduled at the Quick Lane. Heidi was very helpful and apologized that the wait will be longer as one of her techs went home sick. I had a coupon for and oil change, tire rotation and routine fluid checks. The car was done early which was great and of course the tech had recommended some additional work which I declined. I know these coupons are designed to get you to bring in the car so they can see what else you might need. But Heidi explained the recomendations and wasn't trying a hard sell. I was very impressed with her manner and will be back.
