There are few times in your life that you wished someone was released from prison, but this is one of those times. Free Danny!
This place is horrible! Right from the start the service is unprofessional and lacks the tact it did when it was Danny's. The place now appears run down and really not friendly for the neighborhood. Inside is barren and unwelcoming.
The wash: good lord! My car still had bird poop on it from when I brought it in and honestly appeared dirtier than its original condition. I asked about the bird poop and the person with my vehicle appeared totally uninterested in cleaning it off. He told me that it was there after the wash. I asked if that's the way they present a car and he grabbed a rag and wiped it off. The interior looked as if someone had run a dirty, sand, rag across the interior. There were dark streaks across the dash which I assume were from the dirty rag.
I called the corporate HQ to ask about the change over and my concerns. I left a detailed message providing my information. I have not yet received a phone call, all to proving the service has taking an absolute dump.
I am now on the hunt for a new car wash/lube as this has run its course. DO NOT GO HERE!
