The first time I went I had an awesome experience. Topher was extremely professional, talkative, and offered quality advice about hair and products. The second time I went, however, was not as great. Taylor Jai was the girl who did my hair, she made no effort to talk to me, and the students around her kept having inappropriate conversations even referencing sweaty balls, other students, other teachers and how "pissy" one of the teachers was. When Topher did my hair, he flat ironed it to make sure the cut was perfect, with Taylor, she straight up told me she was not going to flat iron it and constantly asked for other students help, complaining my hair was too thick. I would go back here cause they are semi cheap but only to Topher or a more mature student. Taylor Jai would leave me alone for more than ten minutes at a time without letting me know if she was coming back and didn't wash my hair out properly from the back even when I offered to change my head position. Like I said, if you do go, go with someone that is about to graduate or ask for Topher.
