I have never been so pleased with a company before. This company went above and beyond with their service. The technician even found a leak in my water heater and had another company come out to take care of that the same day. I trust this company 100% and they will have my business for life. Gilbert Sr was my technician and boy does he know plumbing. We also had a leak in my master toilet. He fixed and tightened a few things but the bugger leaked again. That's ok because I knew Loyalty backed their work for 30 days no questions asked. That's exactly what happened, Gilbert was back out within 24 hours and found another issue, it wasn't because he didn't see it before but by eliminating one he was able to get to the root cause. My toilet works great, have a new water heater, and now my drywall is complete. Thank you Loyalty, for going above and beyond, and reminding me that not every company is after your money and trying to inflate their prices!
