Wow, our experiences in this store have always been good, even picking up a last minute Urban Decay Naked pallete on Christmas Eve. Recently, we were searching for specific shampoo and conditioner for my Mom which would make her gray hair sparkle (we chose Joico) and an eyebrow pencil for her, and the staff was super helpful.
I come to have my Angel perfume refilled, it is a little less expensive, greener, and convenient. Love that they always have sales, coupons, and promos going on, love it even more when Scott says "we have to go to Ulta, they are having BOGOS!" Great rewards program: the Birthday gift this year was a super pretty Urban Decay shadow!
