If I could give these guys a -10 stars I would. Amazing. When I called for a install estimate I was put on hold Permanently because I would only give him my street name. (I didn't need my tenants getting any more spam mail.) He (gosh I wish I had got his name) never returned to the phone!! Ever. He was going to show me!! After over 35/minutes I called from another phone and spoke to a lady (Julie) who didn't care that I was still waiting on hold on my other phone she just wanted to transfer me to someone else.
Hey management, get a clue....look at your one-star ratings. Ya think there might be something wrong? Just maybe?
I figure if your office staff works this way your people in the field can't work any better (with little to no guidance).
