My MIL was scared to do anything different to her hair because she'd only ever dyed it permanent black every 8 weeks and gone to a chain haircut place to get a trim. She had never been to a real salon and was absolutely delighted with the care, attention, and results!!!! She saw Britney and absolutely loves her! She's going to see her again in 8 weeks to continue her color lightening process.
I saw Shaley, the day after, for a trim. What a sweetheart! We had such a good conversation, and she interpreted my hair requests perfectly!
