Extremely disappointed with Auto Motive Detective's business decision NOT to honor the LIFETIME ALIGNMENT previously purchased in April 2011 at the cost of $145. Used only as an extra vehicle and previously serviced by AMD until we had 2 faulty starters replaced within 2-years. Therefore, we have elected for the vehicle to be serviced by GT Auto in Scottsdale. Since AMD had not recently serviced the vehicle we were informed they would NOT honor the LIFETIME ALIGNMENT. Totally unfortunate, with their location so convenient as we live in Fountain Hills and it's always nice to support the local businesses.
