Absolutely terrible experience with BLND TGER. We had a group of 35+ people waiting outside in the cold on a Saturday night (Apr 25) and couldn't figure out how to get inside the club. We spent an hour trying to get ahold of the business by phone only to be told that the club was closed due to being unable to "fill up" the club for the night. Are you for real? This was for a birthday party mind you. The birthday girl called weeks in advance to book a booth+bottleservice only for the guys to say they never did such a thing (she called 3 times to confirm she did in fact book before hand) and basically told us tough luck.
Thank goodness Midtown was across the street. Had a blast and the service there was phenomenal despite the venue being smaller. Take some notes from them on customer service BLND TGER.
