The price looked right for the airline - offering a non-stop flight from Latrobe to Las Vegas almost $500 less than its closet competitor. We booked the flight well in advance since we were traveling during the holiday season. Unfortunately, the airline decided to cancel non-stop service to Las Vegas, changing my flight. I was not informed by the airline; I had to read about the change in the paper. Once I checked the website, I noticed that they had changed my flight from non-stop to a flight with a layover that added almost a full day to my travel time. Had I not seen the newspaper article, we would had been very surprised when we began preparing for our trip.
The airline did refund my full purchase price, but only after I worked through a maze of phone options. The customer service representative was helpful, but barely spoke English. To make matters more difficult the connection was very poor and you could hear the background roar of a large, international call center.
If you have hard schedules or need to book more than a few weeks in advance, avoid this carrier. The price might be right, but you are taking a pretty big risk.
