This place has really gone down hill over the last couple of years. They are constantly getting new employees so it's hard to keep up with who you really like to do your nails. Also, you're nothing but a number as a previous reviewer stated. They just want to get you in and out as quickly as possible. They're over priced too! Yeah the decor and atmosphere is nice but the quality doesn't match. The last time I went I got a pedicure and literally sat int he chair until my water got cold. So finally I asked where my technician disappeared to? The owner's husband opens the break room door and she was in the back eating and on her phone!!! I was so mad! Like really? You just sit me here and then go lounge in the back? Thumbs down!
