I have a complaint about the store that I would like investigated. There are a group of shoppers that are there all day everyday day. They resell items that they purchase at this store at flea markets and such. My complaint is that the GoodWill sorters give them items without putting them on shelves first, they give these group of people preferential treatment and I've seen them hand it to them directly and also let these people grab them directly of the blue carts that are brought out from the back. One of the customers that does this is a older Spanish woman with short hair and chubby built. She has gone as far as giving me a business card telling me she gets 'good things from the store and sells cheap' this is horrible and this should be prevented since even the Goodwill employees at this store are in it. I will reach out to media outlets if I continue to see this.
