Arrived at Vista at 7 in the morning, the only customer there with sample of rock from my yard that was purchased from them 8 years ago. The sales associate looked at it and said, "no, we don't got that no more", then took the bag to her boss and he said the same thing...that was it, then dead silence, I guess I was supposed to leave then but I asked if they had anything that was close and was told I could go look around. I asked if they had boulders and flagstone and was told that boulders were 6 cents a pound. I didn't ask how much they were, I asked where I could see their boulders and she just pointed out the window. I took back my sample and walked outside. I looked around, had some questions but no one to help. I'm in the middle of a huge yard conversion with a budget of $9,500 for rock, flagstone and boulders. I was so angry at the rudeness and total lack of service that when I left, I called my contractor and told him we're going elsewhere for what we need because Vista won't get my business. My contractor said their treatment of me was standard and as I've read other Yelp reviews, I can only surmise they had different staff. The google reviews are similar to what I've just experienced. Vista blew a $9500 sale today, hope that makes the owners happy.
