I've never had any trouble with any of my visits. On occasions, they tend to get a lil slow when busy but otherwise, they're pretty much on time as they tell you if you make an appointment. The staff is usually nice and very good with customer service. If anything extra has come up during my oil changes, they always call before doing anything extra and make sure it's something I want to do. They also helped me find a possible recall issue on my vehicle and gave me the bulletin so I can check it out with my dealership. With alignment issues, they printed out the diagnostic so I could see what the problem was as well as told me what it would take to fix it down the road. Oil changes have always gone well for me.
