I called Michelle's to order flowers for my daughter's birthday. She has had a very, very difficult year with a lot of grief and pain, and I knew her birthday would be a hard day for her. It's hard having your child all the way across the country at times when they are sad, and I decided that maybe some flowers would help with her day just a bit.
When I called Michelle's I ordered all one color flower and also happened to mention that she likes gold, so if they had any gold accents it would be nice to have those added in. I didn't really expect the gold to happen, and would have been ok if it didn't. My daughter called me later to say the flowers had arrived and that they were absolutely the most beautiful flowers she had ever received. She sent me a picture and it was clear that Michelle's had taken the time to really personalize the arrangement, with beautiful assorted flowers, greenery, and a creative and tasteful assortment of gold touches. There was even a light dusting of gold glitter.
I am so appreciative of the time and attention given to these flowers - to see her spirits raised on such a difficult day meant everything to me. I am particularly impressed because I did not mention when placing the order that these flowers were any more important than any ordinary birthday order, and yet they were clearly assembled with thought and care. I will absolutely be a loyal Michelle's customer in the future.
