My daughter went into this location this morning as soon as the doors opened to get some shampoo. When she went to counter to pay she noticed ants crawling all over the counter top, my daughter is VERY I MEAN VERY ALLERGIC to ants!!! She told the cashier Bobbie there's ants all over your counter, Bobbie totally ignored her and responded " what's your phone number?" Didn't even bother looking or at least get a paper towel to get the ants or maybe saying lets move to the other side of the counter NOTHING!!!! If my daughter would have been bit by even one ant they would've been calling 911!!! I know we live in the desert and yes bugs can't be avoided, but seriously ants crawling on top of your counter where you have customers coming up to to pay for their merchandise, WOW!!!!
Obviously Bobbie has poor customer service skills. You don't blow off your customers by ignoring them when they are bringing something to your attention!!!
