Second time we used this company for home warranty claims. AHS allowed me to choose them since we had great service from them when they replaced our shower valve last year under warranty also. Tonya (office) was able to handle all the claims issues without delay and scheduled the 1st visit the same day that we filed the claim. Jason ( installer) was able to diagnose the issue with our water heater and have it replaced within 1.5 days. Out of pocket charges that AHS didn't cover (which I was well aware of beforehand) were fair. Very satisfied with their service again.
Sorry to see other Yelper's haven't had the same experience.
